职位描述:
Main missions and results:
1. booking air ticket, train ticket, hotels;
2. meeting arrangement: book meeting room, send invitation through calendar;
3. copying and scanning documents;
4. data input;
5. document preparation: editing, modifying, translating documents in word, ppt, excel;
6. reserve restaurants, lunches for meeting;
7. visitors’ transportation arrangement;
8. reimbursement application: general expense, travel expense, medical expense;
9. support Purchasing Director to do other issues related to Purchasing dept

The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business related field(Economics, International business, Administration, Finance, etc.), Master’s degree will be appreciated.
2. Autonomic and Results oriented with strong written& oral communications skills
3. Familiar with MS office
4. Minimum CET-6, and Fluent in oral English
5. at least 4 days work
