王欣茹，管理学博士，讲师。近年来在Applied Energy、Renewable Energy、Resources, Conservation and Recycling、Cities等国际SCI/SSCI学术期刊发表多篇学术论文。主持江苏省研究生科研创新计划重点项目，参与国家社会科学基金重大和重点项目、国家重点研发计划子项目、江苏省哲学社会科学基金重大和重点项目，以及多项政府和企业横向课题。作为主要起草人参与发布多项碳汇标准。获江苏省哲学社会科学界学术大会优秀论文一等奖，管理科学与工程学会能源环境管理分会年会优秀论文一等奖等。
