个人简介:
嵇妃霞,汉族,中共党员,西班牙格拉纳达大学(Universidad de Granada)工学博士,上海海事大学管理学博士,现任上海电力大学经济与管理学院管理科学与工程系讲师,主要研究领域为电力应急协同决策、社会网络群体决策以及多智能体协同优化。在IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems、Information Fusion、Information Processing & Management等国际权威期刊发表论文20余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文9篇(包含ESI高被引论文3篇),相关成果被IEEE计算智能学会评为“研究前沿”。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,主持校拔尖创新人才培养项目等。曾获博士研究生国家奖学金、上海市优秀毕业生、全国电子商务三创赛上海市特等奖/全国二等奖等荣誉。目前担任EJOR、IEEE TSMC、IEEE TFS、IP&M等SCI/SSCI期刊审稿人。
